With the idea to setup a software development and consultancy company it's client really trust and depend on, and to work closely with the clients in a transparent environment, we started Tashw Solutions in January 2010. With the vast experience in IT & ITES sector as a driving force, Tashw has really excelled in a short span of time.

Business Model

We are very flexible in our business model. Following are the 3 models we work in:

  • On Project Basis: In this model, we discuss the project requirement with client and settle on time, cost, and resources. We deliver the work in four equally divided phases. This makes it easier to control the Project. We keep on communicating the client and give weekly presentations of the work done.

  • Maintenance Work: In this model, we work on maintaining your ongoing applications and projects. We do bug fixing as well as integrate new modules. We make sure that the application runs smoothly once new modules are implemented. We also restructure and refactor your existing application. We do all this with a close co-ordination with our clients.

  • Consultancy/R&D: In this model, the client approaches us and explain their issues with the current applications and what are their requirements and strategies for the solution. We analyze all those possibilities and come up with the our report. Then we sit with client and shortlist one of them to implement it.
